We are heading into a quiet few weeks for the horses on the yard, with just thirty horses left in for a summer campaign. The others are either turned out here or a couple go home to their owners. In training the horses get daily turnout so heading to the field is not a novelty, but with the warm weather you can really see them relax and thrive. Pictured is Moorstown on his daily turnout, having a bomb around in the sunshine.
Meanwhile Scu and I are on the search for new talent. We were in Ireland yesterday and have seen some lovely horses. A couple of them should be heading over to us next week after they are vetted; keep coming back to the website to see the new ones. A couple will be for sale, including a lovely four year old gelding and a super mare who should be perfect for next season's mare races.
